[Qt-creator] QtCreator translation on Macedonian

Still waiting for the coordinators opinion. If all ends up to this
nazi reply of Markos, I am quiting the translation. That way loses the
whole community because someone is way too obsessed with politics,
having nothing else to do in his life.
