[Qt-creator] heads up: running creator from creator broken

hi,

whoops. :)
yesterday i made creator's .pro files too smart for creator's own .pro
file parser, which leads to running and debugging creator within creator
not working.
that gives me some more incentive to improve the parser rather soon. :D
for the time being, just specify a custom executable and everything
should work as usual.
