[Qt-creator] fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

Hi, Qt Creator (1.1.0) seems to leak resource on MacOSX (10.5.7)

After a "while" I can't run qmake in a console anymore:

hauner$ ~/qt-4.5.1f/bin/qmake
-bash: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable


and Qt Creator says:

Running build steps for project QtCreatorBuild...
Could not start process /Users/hauner/qt-4.5.1f/bin/qmake
Error while building project QtCreatorBuild
When executing build step 'QMake'


After closing Qt Creator the console work again.. and building from Qt Creator 
is ok again after restarting it.
