[Qt-creator] Qt Creator from git now requires up-to-date Qt 4.6

Is there a recommended way to compile and run Creator with a local Qt? I 
mean without adding it to my global path and ldconfig....
I don't want to install Qt4.6 because it won't run my KDE (at least it 
didn't 2 weeks ago).
