[Qt-creator] Problems with debugger helper

Dear all,

This is working now with Qt Creator 1.2.1 under WinXP, admin user. So I
confirm this works like a charm using gcc 4.3

So to conclude:
 - Under WinXP : GDB helper is working with QTCreator 1.2.1, not 1.2.0. You
need to run it as admin (which is not good!)
 - Under Debian Linux : I still need to wait 1.2.90
