[Qt-creator] Compiling Creator as 32bit on OSX Snow Leopard

The simplest way should be to qmake & compile it with a Qt that is configured that way. I.e. the "default" Qt/Mac binary packages are built for 32bit Carbon, intel + ppc. Building any Qt app against it (if you don't explicitly set architectures in CONFIG), will produce binaries with the same configuration.
