[Qt-creator] QML beginner questions

Hi again,

Trying to follow the tutorial, I'm having problems in the beginning.  

When I invoke the Designer, it takes over the Qt Creator window and I can no 
longer follow the help that told me to do it.

As I have plenty of screen estate, I would prefer to have a separate Qt 
assistant to keep the help visible, or at least keep the window split.

So is there help for a QML newbie?
