[Qt-creator] steps to use Qt tool on visual studio 2010

Hello to everyone,

I am using visual studio 2010 on windows 7 (64bit), and I have just
installed Qt v4.7.2 on my PC. It is my first time I am using Qt. And I
really do not know the steps to create my complete GUI application, using
the Qt tool? Could someone give me some advise on how to use Qt? Where,
could I find some usefull tutorials and examples to begin with?
