[Qt-creator] steps to use Qt tool on visual studio 2010

Nokia maintains an extensive collection of tutorials on the Qt website here:

many examples.

If you would like make your own build of Qt, a nice tutorial is located
here:

Additionally, an online search for "Qt tutorial" will likely bring up many
hits. Be sure to use only those for Qt 4.0 and newer, since it works a
little differently than previous versions.
