[Qt-creator] wip clang status

Is wip/clang in an usable state?

I build the branch with a up-to-date clang svn checkout (3.1).
It loads the qt-creator sources, is busy for a while when
parsing the code, but navigating in the code is worse than
before, for instance gitclient.cpp

     class BaseGitDiffArgumentsWidget :
         public VCSBase::VCSBaseEditorParameterWidget

clicking on VCSBaseEditorParameterWidget and then
"Follow Symbol Under Cursor" and nothing happens.

Is there a other way to see why clang is better than the old parser?
