jom isn't a part of Qt Creator, it's a standalone "3rdparty" tool. Even though it is
developed by a guy in the office here, and though Qt Creator wants to use it by default ;).
(You can tell Qt Creator to use nmake instead, in the project's "make" build step.)
So, if you just get the sources from our Qt Creator repository, you won't get jom either.

Anyhow, I've added the necessary steps to have jom (and some other tools) in the snapshots too,
so hopefully the current and future build on builds.qt-project.org have it now.
