[Qt-creator] Embedded Linux target support

Hi,

We have just made push to code review which enables new target in Qt 
Creator -> Embedded Linux.
This new target integrates Qt virtual framebuffer (QVFb) functionality 
to Embedded Linux target,
making it easier to control QVFb configurations on project level. It 
also integrates running,
debugging and analyzing QWS applications on Linux host platform from Qt 
Creator.

We would like to get this to mainline Qt Creator (2.5.0), so all review 
comments to reach this goal are welcome.
