[Qt-creator] Latest Qt Creator

Hi to everyone creating Qt Creator,

I updated to 2.4 yesterday after being stuck with 2.1 for ages due to a bug
where my projects could not build in >2.1 & < 2.4.

It seems to have been fixed whatever it was and the latest release is
really impressive!
Stepping from 2.1 to 2.4 after I missed all updates since 2.1 really shows
that Creator has come a long way.
Congratulations to everyone involved!
