[Qt-creator] Recompile needed: Default plugin provider changed Nokia -> QtProject

If you are not compiling Qt Creator yourself, and not writing Qt Creator plugins, you may not be interested in the contents of this mail.

We just merged commit 2b56943a8e6efa4e60c14b11afc8d9fefcca13eb which changes the default plugin provider from "Nokia" to "QtProject".
This means that the location of the plugins & their libraries changed with this commit.

The old libraries will not be removed automatically, you will need to do a clean rebuild!!!
