I didn't mean anything specific here, but any way to use capabilities
of this tool to parse/consume whatever it reports/outputs
in useful way within QtC.

Yes, if that's one of possibilities.
Another is a plugin, if IWYU can be built as LibIWYU, which I don't
know if it can.
