[Qt-creator] Remote WinCE Plugin

Hi,

I've just put together a very simple remote WinCE plugin (stripped down version of the Linux one) to allow creator to profile QML apps running on remote WinCE systems. This doesn't do any of the deployment or inspection that the remote Linux plugin does, but it's sufficient for my needs.

Is this something anyone else would be interested in? If so I can look to upload it to Git and get it code reviewed etc.
