[Qt-creator] Why welcome-example page depends on both of qt-html && qt-qch docs?

If does not install qt-html docs, then on the welcome-example page there
show nothing.
If does not install qt-qch docs, then alll examples on the welcome-example
page there can't show pictures, but can list all examples.

My question: why we need qt-html docs now?
In before, the welcome-example page only need qt-qch docs for show examples.
Am I right?
So, It's a bug?
