[Qt-creator] Mouse cursor disappearing

I'm seeing it on OSX as well. In my case, the cursor doesn't disappear
entirely. It does not appear in editor wondows, but if I manage to move it
into the file tree view it reappears. Once visible, it stays visible.

Can't say that I've paid enough attention to determine what triggers the
behavior, though.
