[Qt-creator] Is double-click-drag broken for everyone, or just me?

I feel like I'm still / again experiencing QTBUG-20925 on 3.1.x builds, but
is it just because I'm still on the officially-abandoned Ubuntu 10.04, or
do others have this problem?
