[Qt-creator] How to create pull/merge request

Hi, 

I wrote a patch to enable the user to have a non-scrolling editor when debugging. I'd like to make a merge request, but I have no idea how. When I choose 'merge request' on Gitorious, I can choose from about 200 repositories with qt-creator in their names, but none of them seem to be the official one.
