[Qt-creator] Cannot use scroll wheel in Qtcreator 3.1.2

I cannot use the scroll wheel in Qtcreator 3.1.2. Neither in the edit window nor in the other winodws.

In other application there is not problem.

I am using CentOS release 6.5.
