[Qt-creator] Tab UI in Projects mode to TreeView

Hi André,
Once it become tree, we can go more steps further.
I think we can not simply saparate "Build & Run" into "Build" and
"Run" because of Kits.
It may look like something like this.
Project A
- Build & Run
-- Qt 5.5.0(Desktop)
--- Build
--- Run
-- Another Kit
--- Build
--- Run
- Editor
- Dependencies
- To-Do Settings
Project B
