[Qt-creator] Preparing to contribute Boost.Build Plugin to Qt Creator

That is a pity. Due to having similar constraints here I can fully understand 
that.
And yes, Gerrit is not the easiest thing to have and use. But Qt(Creator) is 
not an usual open source project.

Please keep the branch. We have two patch sets targeting it. And I think the 
plugin can be made ready. But I doubt I can do it before the summer vacaction 
window. I'll try and figure out how to proceed on #qt-creator the next days.
