[Qt-creator] Qt Creator 3.4 binaries will be compiled with MSVC 2013 (dynamic opengl)

FYI:
The current snapshots
https://download.qt.io/snapshots/qtcreator/3.4.0-rc1/
are built with "subsystem 5.01” now, so they might actually run on XP ;)
