[Qt-creator] Please help me get my patches reviewed

Hi all,

A while ago I implemented a new hoverhandler which would show a tool
tip for colors when the mouse cusor hovers over them. (Eg hovering
over the numbers in QRgba(0xff, 0, 0, 0) will show red).

I've let it languish for a while, but now I've fixed up the issues
raised in the initial code review and am now hoping to get it
re-reviewed. I'm not sure of the best way to promote these kinds of
small changes and get them merged, so I'm starting here on the list.
