Please push your proposed patches to code review.qt-project.org. For legal
reasons we can not accept non-trivial patches sent in using mail or bug
reports.

This involves some initial setup, but is actually pretty convenient once
that hurdle is tackled.

in Qt Creator our development branch is actually master, not dev).
