[Qt-creator] Reviewing Qt Creator Manual 4.3

The Qt Creator version 4.3 beta has been released, we are entering string freeze tomorrow, and the release candidate will be released in two weeks: https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_Creator_Releases

Therefore, now would be a great time to check that all the great new features you added and the improvements you made to 4.3 are properly documented in the Qt Creator Manual: http://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qtcreator-4.3/index.html

If you find errors or omissions, please either commit patches to fix them or create bug reports in JIRA.
