[Qt-creator] Critical performance issue of Qt Creator 4.5

Hi,

I can confirm enabling ClangRefactoring plugin make Qt Creator 4.5 freeze
after opening my project. Enabling ClangRefactoring plugin does not make Qt
Creator 4.4 freeze after opening my project.
