[Qt-creator] Time to update sdktool's README.

I don't know yet at this point, maybe the "Additional Qbs profile
Settings" is just a custom property of the addKit operation.
And then, will QtC keep it's kit settings in sync with the Qbs
profiles when I use "sdkTool AddFoo ..."?
