[Qt-creator] Using self compiled Qbs with self compiled QtCreator

Did take longer than anticipated, but the issue stays even without 
Creator's Qbs submodule.

This time I had to add "qbs_enable_project_file_updates" to Creator's 
CONFIG line. I don't think I had to do this on my first machine, but 
have to check next year.
