[Qt-creator] qt creator plugin license

Thanks Konstantin.

The wording of exception 2 is a bit ambiguous, but I asked a lawyer who
said that according to his interpretation it covers my case.

I was hoping in an official answer from someone from the Qt company, but
this will do it for now.
