[Qt-creator] Failed to build plugin for Qt Creator 4.10.0-rc1

Hi,

I've tried to build a plugin for new version of Qt Creator, 4.10, for
Windows, x86.

I used Qt 5.13.0 to build it. Then the Qt Creator failed to load the plugin.

I noticed (via About dialog) that new Qt Creator was built against Qt 5.13.1.

Earlier I used to use the same Qt version as a particular Qt Creator
uses - it worked very well.

That's why I tried to find Qt 5.13.1 (not 5.13.0), but suddently
couldn't find it.

Should I wait until it's released to build a plugin for Qt Creator
4.10, or any chances to build it now?..
