[Qt-creator] Failed to build plugin for Qt Creator 4.10.0-rc1

Hi Artem,

both Qt Creator 4.10 as Qt 5.13.1 are not released yet (only pre-releases).

You should wait until the final releases are out, it should not take 
very long anymore.

Otherwise you can build Creator and your plugins yourself against any 
recent Qt version (I thinks 5.11 is the minimum now).
