[Qt-creator] ?==?utf-8?q? Setup of CMake based projects

Cornelis:

You aren't the only one! I always have to pause and look hard at this
dialog - and I'm never sure I chose wisely.

This has come up at least once or twice on this list and there may be
already be an issue for it in the system.
