[Qt-creator] Bumping minimum Qt version needed to build Qt Creator to Qt 5.14

And I’d say for Qt Creator 4.14 we then need to do what we need to do to be able to build with Qt 5 and 6, even if that means Qt 5.15 as the minimum requirement.
