[Qt-creator] Minor autocompletion suggestion annoyances

Voted and following.
What really grinds my gears is QtC is the only editor with the is behavior, and I use a few editors, so I'm always having to remember QtC's very unique quoting rule.
(Yes you can turn it off but it turns it off always)
