[Qt-creator] Qt ROS implementation

I'd say try creating one or two more Qt applications, so to get
familiar with the Qt framework + Qt Creator environment, and once you
feel comfortable move into integrating both parts, this is, creating a
Qt application that also acts as a ROS node.
