[Qt-creator] Dev: Qt Creator 8 string freeze this week

Hello all Qt Creator developers,

we’ll go into string freeze this week. This includes a UI freeze, and soft API freeze.
The RC is scheduled for next week already, so please already reduce refactorings to a minimum and have a look at fixing your remaining high priority bugs.
