[Qt-creator] Fossil plugin for Qt Creator

Hi,
thanks for the note, something seems to have gone wrong with the tag.
The v9.0.0 is available at https://github.com/qt-creator/plugin-fossil-scm/releases now (there is no 9.0.1 because nothing changed).
