The Fossil plugin is currently not part of the main Qt Creator repo and
therefore not distributed by some of the distribution channels.

In case self-building is an option for you, the code is available at

Having said that, I think it would make sense to move the Fossil plugin
(and the Haskell plugin for that matter) to the main repo to avoid this
kind of inconvenience for the future.

I'll check what can be done...
