[Qt-creator] Rename Symbol Under Cursor

With the latest release (Qt Creator 10), when I "Rename Symbol Under
Cursor" it's adding "_new" at the end of the replacement.

e.g. If I have a symbol "Foo" and I "Rename Symbol Under Cursor" the
"Replace with" string defaults to "Foo_new".

I never want to use "_new" (and can't imagine anyone really does?) so I
have to remove it every time.

How do I turn this off? I can't find anything in the prefs.

(I use rename a lot).
