[Qt-embedded-interest] WinMobile 5.0 + ARM toolchain...

Hi

I plan to develop embedded app targeted to Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPC
edition on ARM.
I believe I can use Visual Studio 2005 + WM5.0 PocketPC SDK + Qt WinCE as my
development
platform and use MS Device Emulator for running app in emulator. I am
wondering if there
is another toolchain (mingw, cygwin, WinARM, embedded VC++ 4.0, Visula
Studio Express)
that I can use that can replace Visual Studio 2005.
