[Qt-embedded-interest] embedded qt setup

Hey Murat,

Building a cross-compiler is not part of the Qt package.

There are other things you can try though. Buildroot
(http://buildroot.uclibc.org/) is the solution we use here, and I know
CLFS (http://trac.cross-lfs.org/) also builds a cross compiler.
