Hi Murat,

we're using crosstool [1] which I can suggest. A more recent project is 
also Crosstool-Ng (next generation). [2]
Furthermore you can try the ARM toolchain from Codesourcery [3] which is 
also a very good option for ARM processors.

So you see...there are a lot of options. ;-)
