[Qt-interest] Deploy Application on Windows

Hi,
After reinstalling SP1, problems remains has also stated in the articles
refered

So I tried a solution I found in some of the messages. It is not ideal, but
it seems to me the best an easier. Just add this to the preprocessor
definitions

*_BIND_TO_CURRENT_VCLIBS_VERSION*
*
*
But the problem now, VS links in the manifest with both version of CRT. So
I'm rebuilding QT with this preprocessor definition.

If this solves the problem great. I'll keep in touch.
