[Qt-interest] Deploy Application on Windows

Hi,
So I finally manage to solve by problem. So I did I've to define
_BIND_TO_CURRENT_VCLIBS_VERSION.

*I've to rebuild Qt using configure -D _BIND_TO_CURRENT_VCLIBS_VERSION
*

And in my project also define this.

So to deploy I just I've to add the Qt DLL and the Microsoft.VC90.CRT folder
from SP1.

I hope this would help others in the same situation as me.
