[Qt-interest] Offline installer for Qt

Hi all,

A friend of mine don't have internet connection for his machine's modem has
gone out of order. He has Qt 3 and wants to update to Qt4. I have Qt 4
installed in my OpenSuSE. He too have the same distribution. Is there any
way i can help him like by giving him an offline installer of Qt 4?
