Yes. The "offline installer" is called http://get.qtsoftware.com/qt/source/qt-x11-opensource-src-4.5.0.tar.gz

Download, copy to a memory stick and "install" (read: "compile") on the target machine.

If on the other hand you prefer to install pre-compiled binaries download the proper RPMs (or copy them from your SuSE CD/DVD), copy them onto a memory stick and install them on the target machine.

 It's that easy :)
