[Qt-interest] LGPL clarifications?

Is there a document/link that we should look at to clarify any 
obligations or exceptions when using Qt 4.5 under the LGPL license?

There is a whitepaper (http://www.ics.com/files/docs/Qt_LGPL.pdf) from 
around the time of the announcement from another Qt user but I have not 
seen anything from Nokia.

I am particularly interested in any clarification around:
a) subclassing (generally considered safe)
b) using template classes (concerns raised in the above whitepaper)
c) inlined functions
