The license files in the Qt distribution bundle.

correct, this is safe, esp. with libraries like Qt that stay ABI compatible 
for a long time

in response to this Nokia added the LGPL_EXCEPTION.txt file

covered by the same file

If you want to make absolutely sure ask a lawyer. Eg. the ones at Nokia that 
drafted these files.
